One of the Hendersonville area’s finest estates, the private subdivision known as Interlude is rich in natural beauty and privacy.
Situated on the edge of Flat Rock, the development is located on what was once a part of the Atkinson Estate. A local couple, Allan and Lynn Huffman, purchased the thirty-five acre tract in the early 90′s and later commissioned an architect to design a home for them. Feeling that the remaining acreage would be perfect for a small community of fine homes in a park-like setting, they created Interlude in 2007.
Interlude includes two unique homes and three additional lots with over ten acres of shared meadows, woods, creeks and a pond. One of the homes, 125 Interlude Place, will be the 2012 Historic Flat Rock Designer Showhouse in July 2012.
